How to Obtain
- Go to Essence Retreat in Qingzhou, the same place as Dear Sword.
- Walk up the steps into the courtyard.
- Go to the building on the right side of the courtyard (where Dear Sword is) and head through to the room right behind it.
- Open the box in that room to obtain Inkwash Splendor.

Effect
Settle the mind with brush in hand, sweep the strokes with ease, let every flourish of Ink flow into the heart.
Dash forward swiftly and strike targets ahead continuously with the brush, dealing 415.87%Physical Attack + 626Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage damage.
Upon landing the first strike, press again within 3s to consume 20 Vitality and unleash a grounded follow-up skill. The brush moves like a dragon in flight, charging and thrusting forward, triggering the Hit Calligraphy Treasure and dealing 772.33%Physical Attack + 1164Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage damage. When Inkwash Splendor lands, additionally inflicts Cripple on the enemy: unable to jump for 7s, increases Endurance cost of dodging by 40%.
Defeating an enemy of Elite tier or higher with this Skill can trigger the Hit Calligraphy Treasure.
When out of combat and no enemies are within 20 meters, this skill is replaced by the Ink Splash branch, dealing no damage, refunding the Vitality consumed, and changing the cooldown to 5s. Additionally, it can unleash the Hit Calligraphy Treasure.

◆ Deals 100% additional damage to non-player targets with an HP Shield.
◆ Unlocks the Air Branch combo: Consumes 20 Vitality, entering the Tenacity state and soaring into the air. Then, splashes ink to unleash 5 strokes, dealing a total of 534.69%Physical Attack + 806Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage damage to the target. The final stroke triggers Hit Calligraphy Treasure upon landing, dealing 237.64%Physical Attack + 358Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage damage to targets within range. Shares a cooldown with the Ground Branch. Only one may be used at a time.
◆ Reduces the Vitality cost of the first attack by 5.
◆ When a Mystic Skill hits a non-player target, it applies Gilded Cleanse to them, lasting 15s.
Gilded Cleanse: Each stack weakens the target's HP Shield effect by 5%. Only 1 stack can be applied to the same target each time the skill is cast, up to 3 stacks per target.
◆ Increases damage by 6% (reflected in skill damage coefficient).
Usage
Inkwash Splendor opens with a fast forward dash that strikes everything in front of you with the brush (415.87% Physical Attack + 626). If the first strike lands, press the skill again within 3 seconds to spend 20 Vitality on the Ground Branch: a charging thrust that hits much harder (772.33% Physical Attack + 1164), triggers your Hit Calligraphy Treasure and inflicts Cripple. Cripple stops the target jumping for 7 seconds and makes each dodge cost 40% more Endurance, which makes the follow-up a good set-up for your next combo.
Once upgraded, you can take the Air Branch instead. It also costs 20 Vitality, puts you in Tenacity while you rise into the air, and lands five ink strokes (534.69% Physical Attack + 806 in total) before a final stroke that hits everything in range (237.64% Physical Attack + 358) and triggers the Calligraphy Treasure. The two branches share a cooldown, so each cast is either Ground or Air, not both. Pick Ground for single-target damage and Cripple, and Air when you need Tenacity or are hitting a group.
Against bosses and other non-player enemies with an HP Shield, Inkwash Splendor deals 100% extra damage, and each cast that hits adds a stack of Gilded Cleanse (one per cast, up to 3), weakening the shield effect by 5% per stack for 15 seconds.
Out of combat, with no enemies within 20 meters, the skill becomes the Ink Splash branch: it deals no damage, refunds its Vitality, has a 5-second cooldown and still shows your Hit Calligraphy Treasure. The Calligraphy Treasure can be customized on the Calligraphy Treasure Settings page. Finishing an Elite or stronger enemy with this skill also triggers it.
