Effect
Drink deeply to enter Intoxicated. Then ignite the liquor on your torch and breathe forth a fire dragon, dealing 272.13%Physical Attack + 410Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage over 2 hits and inflicting Combustion. Gain 15% damage reduction and Tenacity while casting. Intoxicated: For 30s, Dragon's Breath and Drunken Poet can be cast without drinking again.
Combustion: Deals 29.55%Physical Attack + 44Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage every 0.5s for 8s.
◆ Enhances the Tenacity effect when casting skills.
◆ Allows Combustion to stack up to 10 times. Each stack increases the duration by 1.5 seconds. Hitting a unit affected by Combustion with Drunken Poet inflicts a bonus stack.

How to Obtain
Wandering Tale: Fairgrounds Part 9 — follow the Beast Reverie questline in Kaifeng.
- Speak with Kongkong and Luo Jiu inside Beast Reverie in the Fairgrounds, Kaifeng.
- Find Liang Yuan near the Patrol and Inspection Agency on South Gate Avenue during daytime hours (7:00–19:00).
- Use Celestial Seize to steal the Travelogue: Toehari.
- Return the travelogue to Luo Jiu at Beast Reverie.
- Open Journal → Wandering Tales → Fairgrounds Part 9 and claim your reward.
Usage
Dragon's Breath has you drink, then breathe a two-hit fire dragon that inflicts Combustion, a burn that ticks every half second for 8 seconds. You get 15% damage reduction and Tenacity while casting, raised to 40% by the upgrades. Drinking also puts you in Intoxicated for 30 seconds, during which Dragon's Breath and Drunken Poet can be cast without drinking again.
Upgraded, Combustion stacks up to 10 times and each stack adds 1.5 seconds. Landing both stages of the breath adds a bonus hit and an extra stack, and hitting a burning target with Drunken Poet adds another, so the two drunken skills feed each other. It also counts as a Winebound skill for the Volutefit Inner Way.
