Overview
Ribbon & Drum is the signature support weapon of the CN Silkbind - Wing path. Ribbon attacks can strike and restrain enemies, while the drum side is used to create strong team-oriented effects such as damage amplification, protection, movement support and crowd control.
Core Mechanics
- Ribbon pressure: flexible attacks that can reach, bind and disrupt targets.
- Drum support states: special drum effects provide different offensive, defensive or control-oriented benefits.
- Team amplification: the weapon is designed to make the group stronger instead of functioning as a pure personal-DPS weapon.
- Control value: especially strong in PvP and group encounters where crowd control matters.
Gear Sets
The drum's attack buff, Museflow Waist Drum: Radiant, triggers both of these sets. Wear Cloudshear on your weapons and accessories and Reinchime on your armor, and every Radiant buff you apply also gives its target damage and healing bonuses plus damage reduction.

- 4pc: Your Attack Buffs also grant Cloudshear: +2% damage and healing bonuses for up to 15s (+6% on yourself as Cloudshear: Wings).
How to Obtain
CN Server only. The weapon is tied to Qingzhou content and the 牵丝·翊 Martial Path. Global acquisition will be added when the weapon receives an official Global release.
