Set Bonuses
Some weapons fall under a specific gear set that grants bonus damage with set conditions. These sets offer a smaller bonus at 2 pieces, but are best worn at 4 pieces to maximize the full effect.
| 2 Pieces | Min Physical Attack +78 |
|---|---|
| 4 Pieces | Applying an Attack Buff Effect to yourself or an ally also grants them Cloudshear, increasing all damage and healing bonuses by 2% for up to 15s. When applied to yourself, this effect is replaced by Cloudshear: Wings, increasing the bonuses by 6% instead. |
Applicable Attack Buff Effects
Only these Attack Buff Effects trigger Cloudshear:
| Attack Buff Effect | Comes From |
|---|---|
| Museflow Waist Drum: Radiant | Ribbon & Drum |
| Willowbend Fan: Rustling | Willowbend Fan |
| Soulshade Umbrella: DMG Boost | Soulshade Umbrella |
| DMG Boost: Deluge | Silkbind - Deluge |
Buff Values
| Who you buff | Effect gained | Bonus | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| An ally | Cloudshear | +2% all damage and healing bonuses | Up to 15s |
| Yourself | Cloudshear: Wings | +6% all damage and healing bonuses (replaces Cloudshear) | Up to 15s |
Short Description
Turns a buffer into a team damage amp. Every Attack Buff you hand out also carries Cloudshear, so each Ribbon & Drum buff window is worth +2% damage and healing to allies and +6% to you.
Commonly Used Weapons
Pairs With
Reinchime is the matching defensive armor set. It triggers off the same Attack Buff Effects, so with both sets equipped every buff you apply grants damage and healing bonuses (Cloudshear) and damage reduction (Reinchime) at the same time.
How to Obtain
Drop sources for Cloudshear have not been added yet.
Ideal Usage
Support and hybrid builds that apply Attack Buffs on cooldown, with Ribbon & Drum's Radiant drum state as the main trigger. In group content it stacks a second team-wide amp on top of the buff itself; when you play alone you still get Cloudshear: Wings (+6%) on yourself. Pair it with Reinchime armor for the full support kit.
Balance Note
Values are taken from the current in-game tooltip and can change with balance patches.
