| How to Obtain | Skill Theft near the Peace Bell Tower. |
Usage
Veil of Stillness is learned by Skill Theft near the Peace Bell Tower. Earlier guides tie it to the Unearned Lesson encounter with Qiu Yuehai on the southeast side of Moonveil Peak, with a level 8 requirement, so check your level and encounter progress if the theft prompt doesn't appear.
If the Skill Theft prompt doesn't show up, make sure you are at least level 8 and have progressed Unearned Lesson, then try again.
