Effect
Gather Qi and unleash a tiger-like thrust, dealing 319.61%Physical Attack + 481Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage to enemies along the path, then follow with a sudden spinning thrust, dealing 390.63%Physical Attack + 588Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage to enemies caught in the attack.
Targets hit receive 60% less healing for 5s.

◆ Adds a cancel point after the first thrust, allowing the skill to be interrupted.
◆ Increases dash distance by 2 meters in tracking.
◆ The back jump also allows you to dodge incoming attacks. Successful dodge grants you Tenacity and 15% DMG Reduction during the skill, and makes the subsequent damage unable to be defended or deflected.

How to Obtain
Open the hidden chest above the large statue inside the Martial Temple's Secret Edict Chamber in Kaifeng. Climb the statues, wooden beams and ladders to reach the top of the statue, then use Celestial Seize to retrieve the chest and obtain Soaring Spin.
Usage
Soaring Spin dashes forward with a thrust that hits everything along its path, then follows with a spinning thrust around the target. Everyone it hits receives 60% less healing for 5 seconds, which makes it a strong pick against healers and sustain-heavy enemies.
Its upgrades make it safer and better in PvP: 10% extra damage to players, a cancel point after the first thrust, 2 more metres of dash tracking, and a back jump that dodges attacks. A successful dodge gives you Tenacity and 15% DMG Reduction, and the follow-up can't be blocked or deflected.
