Effect
Immobilizes enemies and breaks Vital Points. Less effective against mighty foes.
Out of combat: Select acupoints for a chance at special effects.
In combat: There's a chance to immobilize enemies, deal 96.89%Physical Attack + 31Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage in the process, and destroy the target's Vital Spots. Immobilize ineffective against powerful enemies.
Vital Spots: These enemies have bound Qi bars. Destroying their Vital Spots disables Qi regen and deals extra 290.69%Physical Attack + 93Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage and 12 Qi damage.
◆ Increases bonus damage dealt by 20% on Weak Point Break.
Usage
Meridian Touch has a chance to lock an enemy in place while dealing damage, and destroys their Vital Spots. On enemies with bound Qi bars, breaking the Vital Spots stops their Qi from regenerating and adds a big extra hit plus 12 Qi damage, so it is strongest against Qi-reliant targets. Out of combat you can use it on acupoints for a chance at special effects.
It is less effective against mighty foes, so it does the most work on regular enemies. You learn it from Yan Qiren in the Fragment Quest of the same name.
