Effect
Leaps forward with a powerful stomp before hurling a spear that explodes on impact. Ends with a devastating meteor crash and grants 15% Damage Reduction and Super Armor.
Charge forward and stomp the ground, dealing 259.59%Physical Attack + 36Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage in the process. Then leap into the air, forge a blazing long blade, and hurl it at the target, causing an area explosion that deals 571.10%Physical Attack + 80Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage to nearby enemies.
Then crash down like a meteor, dealing 363.43%Physical Attack + 51Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage on impact. Gain 15% Damage Reduction and Super Armor during the skill and cannot be Exhausted.
Usage
Flaming Meteor is a three-part burst: a charging stomp, a blazing blade thrown from the air that explodes over an area, and a final meteor crash on landing. The thrown blade is the biggest hit, so aim it at the middle of a group.
For the whole skill you have 15% Damage Reduction and Super Armor and can't be Exhausted, so you can commit to it even while enemies are attacking you. That makes it a safe way to unload damage in the middle of a fight.
