Effect
Channel your inner force to gather fallen leaves and dust, shaping them into a dragon's head to fiercely strike enemies within range, dealing 1634.54%Physical Attack + 113Physical Damage + Other Attribute Damage and knocking them back. This attack cannot trigger Critical, Affinity, or Abrasion damage. Grants 15% DMG Reduction and Super Armor while casting. If no target is hit, restores 60 Vitality and reduces the cooldown to 30 seconds.
Usage
Dragon Head is one enormous hit: a dragon's head made of leaves and dust strikes everything in range and knocks it back. It can't crit, trigger Affinity or deal Abrasion damage, so the number you see is the damage you get. You have 15% DMG Reduction and Super Armor while casting.
If it misses everything, you get 60 Vitality back and the cooldown drops to 30 seconds, so a whiff is not a total loss. You unlock it automatically once you have learned 35 other Mystic Skills; skills from every category (Offensive, General and Movement) count toward the total.
