Base Buff
In the Inebriate - Deepdaze state, Riven Twinblades can trigger Hero's Blood - Inebriate. Build momentum with drunken steps, then dash forward at extreme speed and launch enemies upward. While airborne, unleash multiple arcing Blade Energy slashes that deal heavy damage to surrounding enemies. Gain Tenacity during the skill and refresh Carouse.

Riven Twinblades' Special Skill, Hero's Blood, inflicts Drunkslay on the first enemy hit for 20s. While Drunkslay is active, 20% of the damage dealt by the caster's Inebriate-enhanced skills is dealt again. This extra damage cannot be delayed. If Hero's Blood hits the same target again, it is triggered early and Drunkslay is refreshed.
Build Use
The main Inner Way for Riven Twinblades in Bamboocut - Draught. Once you enter Inebriate - Deepdaze, the Twinblades can use Hero's Blood - Inebriate: a fast dash that launches enemies, then a flurry of Blade Energy slashes in the air. You keep Tenacity while it plays out, and it refreshes Carouse so your drunken state keeps going.
Tier 1 gives back 60 Binge Points when Deepdaze ends, and Tier 3 makes Deepdaze last 10 seconds, so you spend more time in the empowered state. Tier 4 raises Boundvessel's slashing speed cap to 100% and, with Skystrike Gauntlets, lets the held slash trigger Whaledraft. Tier 6 is the big damage step: Hero's Blood marks a target with Drunkslay for 20s, and 20% of your Inebriate-enhanced skill damage hits it again.
