Build Use

A Silkbind - Deluge Inner Way for Soulshade Umbrella. Its Special Skill (called Echoing Grow in the base buff and Herbal Resonance in the tiers) gets a 1-second cooldown and restores 5 Dew on each cast, and you heal 10% of your Max HP for every 100 Dew you spend. Tier 3 also heals 10% of your Max HP after consuming 50 Dew; the tooltip does not say whether this replaces or adds to the base heal.

Tier 4 widens the range the skill uses to find low-HP allies by 50%, and Tier 6 makes it heal both you and the nearby ally with the lowest HP percentage. Tiers 2 and 5 add Physical Attack and Physical Healing Bonus.

With a 1-second cooldown you can cast the Special Skill almost on demand, so weave it in often to keep Dew flowing and trigger the self-heals. In groups, Tier 6 turns it into a quick top-up for whoever is lowest.
