With a rallying cry, the banner of Righteous Return is raised. Gain Righteous Return: Increases direct damage dealt by 3%, with an additional increase based on target's missing HP percentage (0.5% increase per 20% HP lost, up to 2%).
Through fierce battles, our resolve remains unshaken. Gain Relentless Combat: Reduces direct damage taken by 3% and increases healing done by 3%, with an additional increase based on your missing HP percentage (0.5% increase per 20% HP lost, up to 2%).

Breakthrough Gains

  1. Tier 1●●●●●●

Through fierce battles, our resolve remains unshaken. Gain Relentless Combat: Reduces direct damage taken by 3% and increases healing done by 3%, with an additional increase based on your missing HP percentage (0.5% increase per 20% HP lost, up to 2%).

  2. Tier 2●●●●●●

Increases Physical Attack based on Solo Mode Level.

  3. Tier 3●●●●●●

Blades soaked in blood, life is reborn amidst death. The HP loss interval to gain bonus Righteous Return and Relentless Combat stacks is changed from 20% to 15% (the max bonus remains the same).

  4. Tier 4●●●●●●

When loyalty and betrayal clash, violence is the only answer. Under the Righteous Return banner, Light and Darkness intertwine; when one goes up, the other will go down. Both effects last 5 seconds and stack up to 5 times.
Light: The compassionate heart never yields. Gained when dealing direct damage, lost when taking direct damage. Each stack of Light increases the effect of Righteous Return by 10% (up to 50% in total).
Darkness: Self-interest takes control. Gained when taking direct damage, lost when dealing direct damage. Each stack of Darkness increases the effect of Relentless Combat by 10% (up to 50% in total).

  5. Tier 5●●●●●●

    Increases Physical Penetration by 5.1.

  6. Tier 6●●●●●●

With the banner lowered, no clear path remains. The only wish is to return home. Righteous Return no longer generates Light or Darkness; Righteous Return and Relentless Combat are enhanced.
Righteous Return: Increases direct damage dealt by 5%, with an additional increase based on target's missing HP percentage (1% increase per 15% HP lost, up to 4%).
Relentless Combat: Reduces direct damage taken by 5% and increases healing done by 5%, with an additional increase based on your missing HP percentage (1% increase per 15% HP lost, up to 4%).

Build Use

An always-on Inner Way with two buffs. Righteous Return adds 3% direct damage, plus up to 2% more as your target loses HP. Relentless Combat cuts direct damage taken and raises healing done by 3%, plus up to 2% more as you lose HP. Tier 3 makes both bonuses grow every 15% HP lost instead of every 20%.

Tier 4 adds Light and Darkness. Dealing damage builds Light, which makes Righteous Return up to 50% stronger, while taking damage builds Darkness, which makes Relentless Combat up to 50% stronger, and each one removes the other. Tier 6 turns this off and raises both buffs to 5%, with up to 4% more from missing HP, so there are no stacks to manage.

Tier 6 removes the Light and Darkness stacks from Tier 4. You trade the swing between offense and defense for higher flat values that stay up the whole fight, which is easier to rely on in long boss fights.
