Base Buff
After triggering a perfect dodge, gain Unceasing for 5 seconds: Increases damage and healing dealt by 0.5%, deals 0.8% bonus damage to enemies within 5 meters and 0.8% bonus healing to allies within 5 meters. Unceasing stacks up to 5 times.

Build Use
A reward for good dodge timing. Each perfect dodge gives a stack of Unceasing (up to 5): a small boost to all damage and healing, plus a bigger bonus to damage on enemies and healing on allies within 5 meters. It suits close-range builds and healers who stay near the group. Tier 1 stretches each stack from 5 to 8 seconds, so stacks are easier to keep up.
Tier 3 adds damage reduction, with extra protection against enemies more than 5 meters away, and Tier 4 gives 3 stacks per perfect dodge, so two dodges are enough to reach the cap. Tier 6 raises the proximity bonuses to 1.2% each. Tiers 2 and 5 add Formless Attack and Formless Penetration.
